Returns

Our refund policy is 7 Days after receiving your order on eligible products (Some product can not be return and it is clearly mentioned in their description). Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number). 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 48 hours. Note that the original shipping cost is non refundable in case of return and where free shipping has been applied a fee will be held for original shipping.

 

Exchanges 

We take exchange up if they are shipped with 7 days after receiving it. The items has to be in its original condition. No exchange on international orders. Send us an email at nico@narvaloclothing.com
